Macmillan Cancer Care in Primary Care: A Quality Toolkit for General Practice

With a changing cancer story, of increasing cancer incidence and people living with and beyond their cancer, it is essential that Primary Care is able to help patients in earlier testing and diagnosis and to improve the quality of life for those people living after a cancer diagnosis.
