BHCIC roles

Why work with Battersea Healthcare CIC?

Working at BHCIC is about values; our mission is to improve services and provide exceptional healthcare to the Wandsworth community, through collaborative working with partners and stakeholders.

We are a small, friendly organisation with a flat structure.  There’s plenty of scope for growth and creativity, both within roles and working across teams and projects.  We have a flexible workforce and we offer staff the opportunity to work remotely.

We have two pension schemes, one of which is the NHS Pension.  We offer more than the statutory recommended level of annual leave.  In addition, we have the employee assistance programme for all layers of staff.

As one of our new recruits put it, “There’s no point having an aspirational mission and great organisational values if no one really pays attention.  BHCIC is an innovative, supportive and friendly environment to work in.”
